Due to pesky SATs, Beau, Ryan, and Heather will be late to Saturday's rehearsal.  They are in Auburn, so we will rush back as soon a possible, but really have no ETA.

Nov 2nd Dress Rehearsal and Nov 3

I'm very sorry everybody, I have to miss the first dress reahearsal to do my Navy Reserve Drill weekend. I had planned to get it done early last month but the Federal government decided to shut down for a while, so that wasn't an option. I'd much rather be here with you guys, believe me!

One bad fairground hummus wrap + 3 hours exposure to billows of ganja-laced air in the theater breezeway = One Ben with a very upset GI system last night and this morning. We hope to re-join everyone tomorrow at the costume parade.

Just wanted to let you know I was able to move clients around so I will be at both the Sunday 1-5 rehearsal as well as the Sunday "Master of the House" rehearsal.  Thanks for sending your understanding email.

Les Miz Cast Party

Sorry the Carlson's won't be able to make it to the Les Miz cast party on December 22. We are committed to another holiday event that night.

I'm sorry to say I cannot do the added rehearsal which was not on the schedule until now...on the 10/27 (8-9 Master of the House).  I have my own business and have rearranged my pre-paid clients more than once due to schedule changes with IT.  I will have Anne & Janet fill me in on anything I may miss. I will be there the scheduled time that was on the original schedule 10/27 (1-5 run through). Again I'm sorry, Cindy

hello! I'll be running a bit late for cue to cue this Saturday, cause I probably won't get off from work until about 1:30 or so.

two consecutive Saturday conflicts

This Saturday night (Oct 19) is my mom's retirement party, so my daughters and I might have to leave before Q2Q is over if it runs late. But I think we can be there until at least 4pm.

Next Saturday (Oct. 26) Taryn will be unable to make it to the Run Thru. (Sorry.) But Trinity and I will be there. (Yay.)

October 14 (Columbus Day)

Anneke will be absent, as we will be celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving with family visiting from Toronto. Our apologies...we wish everyone a great rehearsal!

This is Katherine O.  I'm really sorry, but I'm going to be unable to be at any rehearsals that are scheduled for this weekend (Oct. 10-13).

If there's still a Monday night rehearsal, though, I'll be able to be there.

I will not be able to make vocal rehearsals tonight I am very ill, have no voice, and running a fever. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience. Thank you , cindy

Wedding Costuming Sunday 10/06

Giguette will sneak in at the very end of the costuming time on Sunday as she will helping at a Girl Scout Scarecrow event in Apple Hill until 1:00.  If traffic is bad, she may be late to the dance rehearsal as well.  THANKS
